Maximum imporantance should be given to Water Conservation methods.Farmers should be given training or told how to make best use of water and they should be discouraged to sowing crops which consume lots of water.Similarly Afforestation should be on priority and those Panchayats who make maximum use of Panchayat land for fruit tree plantation should be encouraged with incentives.Fruit tree because that will give an income to Panchayats and trees should be such that grow on its own as big tree.

Hello Sir, I am an engineering student at MANIT Bhopal. We are(country) facing many environmental problems but lack of water is very crucial. I can't sleep well after hearing about Maharashtra so I analyse the reason behind this drought. The main reason is over-exploitation of forest. To overcome the situation there should be a mendetary rule that EVERY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE MUST PLANT ATLEAST ONE TREE IN THERE PRIVATE PROPERTY. Second:Fee of IIMs, It should be like new format of IITs.

#MannKiBaat #MyGov Please put stress in Mann Ki Baat on making Rain Water Harvesting a national habit. Roofs of 52,000 Petrol pump can be used for generating solar power (this is already being started but execution is very slow) and Rain Water Harvesting. If each Petrol pump grows just 5 tree then we get around 3 lac trees within no time.

Dear Sir, Our "Give it up" programme on cooking gas subsidy has been a huge success. Similarly, there may be many educated and wealthy citizens who are presently enjoying reservations, willing to give up their reservation facilities. Can we start making efforts on this? Best regards / Vinod

To hon`ble PM, We are not sure that whether you read/check all our requests & suggestions in #mannkibaat. As an arts graduate its become a little bit difficult to tackle UPSC CIVIL SERVICES prelims exam due to the introduction of the aptitude test. This exam was the one & only ray of hope for arts graduates. All students those who belongs to b.com,b.tech,mbbs etc have so many job opportunities more than arts graduates. So,on the behalf of all arts students its a request to consider this.
