SOLAR: Invest in R&D so that the cost of the PV array comes down drastically along with huge improvements in installation-process. This will allow individual homes/apartments to invest in power generation from solar energy and even feed back into the power grid. This way, the conventional energy can be supplied primarily to industries.

WATER: First step is to measure it and only then can we conserve it. Mandate every household unit to have water meters. Telescopic tariff should be applied just like it is done for power consumption so people who consume more than necessary should pay more. Only a handful of apartment communities are installing water meters for each individual flat. Installing water meters in every household unit (including apartments) will save at least 30% of water currently being consumed.

I propose the government combine its " Swacch Bharat" initiative with the Fifa u17 world cup.I have tried this in Kochi during the ISL games with great success. We were able to clean our entire section. http://toepoke.in/lets-football-lets-cleanup/ If the PM can make a group of volunteers in each stadium to start this initiative then the impact will be huge and the international media attention it will get will show the world that football in INDIA has a lot of potential.

Dear sir, Trained health centers employees:- The big problem in health centers & hospitals is that some staffs are careless & sometimes absent for their duties. In mean time these some staffs are privately practicing in other sides with very carefully to patients. Here they get extra incomes. In health centers some staffs behaviors are also rude. So, govt. should trained staffs and doctors that how to treat with the patients.
