Dear Sir, I am servicing in defense productions(Heavy Vehicles Factory Avadi). The major issues is in out sourcing of items. Quality standards are not able to ensure as the specifications for the items are wide and not enough to exclude the items with low quality. Materials, items are having Russian specifications and no agency is there to ensure the equivalent Indian specifications. The cause non standard/quality items to involved in the final output.An expert team to be set up to solve this
