UPSC civil service lateral entry is excellent idea. To avoid controversy on this move, in my view recruitment should be left to upsc with some kind of test. Aspirant should have some work experience and should not have any age bar. Age bar in my opinion is Lord Lyton's concept to stop Indian people from entering ICS. When there is a test to select people there should not be any age bar. An IAS with 10 years of experience is fit person to serve in any field till his energy permits. Why age bar ?

dear sir, my view is about the development of our country.a country is said to be developed when all the citizensof that country are not migrating to other countries, bcoz if the country satifies the need of the nation then why people will migrate? great minds of our country are shifting to countries like USA bcoz of high salary employement. if we can provide employment with satisified salary then all minds will work for india. i will share more my ideas if i get a chance to meet PM modi ji ..

Respected Sir, In last couple of months we have witnessed that votes are requested based on subsidies and exemptions. Such as agricultural loans. I think this should be done on real audits not on agenda. We need to support true sufferers not those who are taking advantage of such welfare exemptions. I request for end to end planning, implementation ,recordkeeping and audit in true sence. Your government have good intention but that must be realized by the last mile beneficiary.

Elections are coming we have to guide the people of India to close down all the open issues now so that they can use their voting power on the day of election.There is a huge percentage in the population who are unable to use thier voting powers due to issues like name not available in voting lost , centre is far away etc.We have to educate them so that now tell tuem the various links, escalation contacts so that by the time election annouces they ate able to settle down the open issues.
