The OCI students who are living and studying in India for last 15 years are eligible only for 15% All India Seats for medical entrance tests for govt medical and dental colleges through National Eligibility Entrance Test Under Graduate (NEET-UG), but are denied the 85% State quota seats in govt medical and dental colleges. Please make provisions for OCIs living in India for more than 10 years to be treated as Indians students and not as NRI or OCI that are coming only for medical education.
