• Sustainable Lifestyles
• Cleaner Economic Development
• Reduce Emission intensity of Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
• Increase the Share of Non Fossil Fuel Based Electricity
• Enhancing Carbon Sink (Forests)
• Adaptation
• Mobilizing Finance
• Technology Transfer and Capacity Building

Adaptation - 1. Urgent need to subsidize and reward organic farming. 2. Use of Urea and fertilizers should be discouraged. As part of Swacch Bharat mission municipal local bodies should collect wet garbage across city and run large scale compost making facilities.this natural manure should be sold at subsidized rates to farmers. Subsidize earthworm farming. 3. Deveop facility recycle plastic bags. There is technology available to use plastic waste to make roads.

Prakash ji Namaskar, Mera vichar environmental pollution ke liye hai, Village main kisan rice ki crop katne ke baad waste ko jalate hai, jiss se environmental pollution bhi hota hai, sometimes property bhi damage hoti hai, iske liye har village main ya 2-3 village main ek small tharmal power plant laga diya jaye, jo rice ke waste se chal sakta hai, aur jiski vajah se transmission line and power waste due to long distance nahi hogi. or rice ka waste almost free main mil jata hai.

My suggestion to the Minister is do not rush to implement PV systems in a big way in a hurry. GOI must give opportunity to Indian busineses to develop and supply workable solutions.Do not try to throttle innovation by putting qualifying requirement clauses to allow suppliers for developed nations (who themselves polluted environment)tomake business outofthis.Make in India, Skill development, Start up India(innovate/create/manufacture in India-byIndians,forIndians,helpIndians,create jobs, save$.

Smart city vision- 1)Ensure that there should be only 1 car in 1 house!this will control pollution to some extent.. 2) ban shifting cultivation 3) make biodegradable n non biodrgradable dumps separately.. 4) smart cities should be surrounded with trees 5) use eco-san toilets, sanitary landfills, e-wastes should be recycled in India..
