Like the western countries, let there be a law where a ring space is created around a city with only plantations, this would help the lungs in the long run.Even the urban population would welcome it for a weekend.

Think of the farmers, who lost their crops just because an MNC polluted the environment, kept on giving heat and led to drought or flood........

To prevent this from happening we need an increase in sewage and industrial waste treatment capacity. Use tertiary treated water to irrigate urban gardens and new trees. Change how we use fertilizers - use slow release fertilizers. At present fertilizers used in India so rapidly that the excess is washed inmediat

30. Modernisation of Industrial units and their processes, including cement plants. power plants, Airlines, Railways etc.,
31.Availability of multiple power distribution service providers to check leakages / theft, require immediate focussed attention.

CLIMATE JUSTICE - SUGGESTIONS - CONTD. XXII
29.Automobiles - Most energy efficient manufacturers, need to be identified and encouraged. Vehicles be fitted with wastebins, as this will enable travellers not to throw waste items on the roadside. Further, banks may be involved in extending loans at concessional rates to individuals who own minimum vehicles for their personal use per household / who buy vehicles which are more eco-friendly.
