Honourable Prime Minister My idea is that: the teachers who have more than 10 years of teaching experience, are honest hard working sincere committed to their work in private schools should be honoured and offered permanent jobs in government schools for immediate and quick transformation .They should not be asked to undergo written exam. In my opinion this will definately bring a revolution in education sector in India .

Municipal Authorities can identify all such places and replace them with oxygen enriched trees . 6. Municipal Authorities can plant Honeybee friendly native flower plants on the road corner sub-dividers . This will help honeybees to extract honey from flower plants and build beehives on the big trees of main dividers . Municipal Authorities can place beekeeping equipment on the fully grown trees of main dividers and generate additional income.

Our Cities are day by day being densely populous with human population as well as highly polluting vehicular population . Growing Industries and Growing Cattle population are further worsening the climate conditions of metropolitans and other big cities. 1. The project incharge can recruit highly qualified botanists to recreate our metropolitans and other tier 1-4 cities like Bengaluru. 2. The botanists can conduct extensive study all over India for selection of plants / sapplings / trees for their quick plantation all over the country. 3. Municipal & Corporation Commissioners , Mayors and District Collectors needs to be specially trained through workshops for successful implementation of the UGC Project. 4. Oxygen rich trees like Peepal, Neem and other quickly grown trees can be selected and watered through Drip Irrigation method by constructing water tanks for every 4-5 KMs.

Dear Sir, as on date population of our Nation is 1428 million. In that 335 million is between 10 and 25 years of age. If every youngsters spare 30 minutes daily, by adopting Family Based Climate Change Actions (FBCCA) the emission in reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) is around 100 million tons per year (Rs. 3,20,000 million). Proof: since 2020, my wife and I reduced one ton of GHG emission by adopting FBCCA. We request you have a talk about this FBCCA concept in your 100th Mann Ki Batt speech. Urban Green Challenge Project : GOI States UTs Ministries of Forests , Urban Development & Environment can jointly start Urban Green Challenge Campaign to Greenify Metros & Tier 1-4 cities in the likes of Bengaluru Metropolitan. Bengaluru with the envision of Hyder Ali is what it stands tall today as Garden City of India. The metropolitan city never touched 40 degrre celcius in last 150 years . This single measure of temperature speaks about how well city was planned for its ecologically balanced urbanization. When Hyderabad Ali can create such a highly enriched splendid Green City when there were little infrastructure , logistics & other facilities and manpower available , it is very much possible for UGC Project Officials to recreate Bengaluru Greenery in rest of the country. Most of the Indian Cities are often found in top list of highly polluted cities. The salient points for campaign / project to be successful.
