Though PMGSY scheme is running for last 23 yrs and quite some progress hv been done, but there iare, as in many other cases, quite some lack of justice and equitability in selecting the villages on political grounds. Thus, even today, a good number of villages with population of 3000 or more hv not been connected but many with few hundreds hv been connected just due to political connections. A centralized review is urgently necessary to mitigate this injustice to lakhs of unfortunate people who r less politically connected or adversely connected with the power. Matter deserve urgent attention. One example, village: Majirdanga, Pearbera Anchal, Sonamukhi Block, Bankura Dist. W.B. with more than 3500 population.

dear Modijee, the ayushman cards which are being distributed as based on very old census data of 2011 or so. there are so many persons just eaking out a living on salaries 5000 to 10000 per month, have no home of their own and need to raise their children to be good and useful future citizens. You know very well how much price rise is now making living to good standards difficult. it is all right for govt, semi govt, good private cos but other do not benefit of auto increase in salary. Kindly modify ayushman card scheme to cover all persons who have income less than 3 lakhs, have no home, mobility limited to scooter only. I believe some states give medical facilities to all persons, but center can do this at the least. we wish you all the best in all your endeavors. you have made us really proud.
