As the education system says one nation one exam for medicine, engineering, etc. Similarly, we should have one nation one board ie CBSE. The education system of schools and Boards such as SSC, ICSE, IB, etc. should be governed by CBSE. so that all students would be at the same competitive level and there would be no discrimination at the education level. 2. Sanskrit should be one of the mainstream languages in all schools. In all schools, Sanskrit should get as much importance as English subject is getting. This will open a gateway for Sanskrit teachers in all PSU schools. 3. All schools should have standard fees. 4. The teachers in the private sector are underpaid. The salary structure of all private school teachers should be aligned with the government school teachers' pay scale based on their qualifications and experience, which will end dependency on government jobs.

Regulating market rate. open market price always 10 times more than land value on govt books . Yearly revision to match open market price should be mandatory. Advantage. State gets correct stamp duty. Reduces black money generation in real estate . Amend Registration & stamp duty act 1908
