Sir, please have a mann ki baat with our president smt. Murmu once. The country will love it. It will be great women encouragement and boost to all indian's where they will listen to president along with you in dual mann ki baat. Make that as 1 hour long, no problem. It could be 101 mann ki baat!! Kindly consider this idea of Madam President agrees. The topic can be rain water harvesting or jal jivan mission. Anything. If Madam president is not interested than how about FM Sitaraman Ji? It will inspire Girl and WOMEN power of country and encourage woman workforce to contribute more and more for nation building!! Beti Bachao Beti Padao can be topic of discussion too.

The present situation in country makes us think that what is more important 1) Country or 2) Constitution. The constitution is supposed to protect the unity and integrity of the country. But what is happening that separatists and fanatics do all nonsense and some media houses also support them in the name of freedom of expression. If they get arrested, their cases are handled by few notorious advocates. They come out on bail in no time as their cases are directly got listed in Supreme Court which takes no time to grant bail in the name of constitutional provisions. So, it seems our constitution is faulty and is not capable of dealing with anti social and anti Indian activities and activists. Our constitution needs immediate amendments.

Sir, I propose an idea to add one more CESS (or tax) by name Govt Infra Damage Cess and should be levied on those residents, business, govt employees of places where stone pelting happens on Vande Bharat Express Train. Infact going ahead if of our country's infrastructure is damaged by miscreants than whole area where stone is pelted should come under this CESS for 1 month in any transaction to recover the cost of repairs/losses/mishaps etc. Advantages: This will help you in nabbing the miscreants as innocent people will themselves report who did it (crowd sourcing of evidences) This will help to ensure govt treasury is not burdened with repair cost. This will not damage country's infra when such awareness is published and miscreants are stopped. https://www.mid-day.com/news/india-news/video/west-bengal-stone-pelting-at-vande-bharat-express-second-time-in-two-days-1 Kindly consider the power of crowd sourcing ideas for nabbing such stone pelting miscreants. JAI HIND!

sir for India to be taken to new heights i suggest that for common man we should have reduced litigation cases.the advocates and other professional consultant who are relative new to profession due to limited knowledge misguide which result in filling of more litigation cases and a burden to authorities .Currently in Bogus Polical donation scam of 21 RUPP where the victims are mainly salaried class who got trapped due to limited knowledge are now facing challenges , In my view when such scam is unearthed a one scheme should be floated which gives chance to pay tax and interest and get rid of the old such actions so that middle class salaried class again do not get prey of again advocates and lot of litigation cases are filled in this case it would be 10000. scheme should be one pan number one time scheme and in case in future after enrolling in the scheme again he does the same he should be penalized with 100%.By this way we can reduce litigation cases and burden of courts
