Honorable Prime Minister congratulations on completing the 100th episode this week. My humble suggestion to you is to develop an All India Dog and Cat Development Authority. Today's (26-04-2023) Times of India Mumbai edition on page 3 gives a picture of the dog menace and All India statistics. Such an authority will give employment to animal lovers and efforts on a war footing should be made to sterilize the dogs to control their population. We do read reports of stray dogs attacking children, Senior Citizens. To fund this endeavour you can increase the Securities Transaction Tax by a rupee and or the cost of the plane ticket by one rupee. If we can have go shalaas in every state for stray cattle then why not kennels and catteries (cat houses) to house the dogs and cats. This will also give employment on some scale as this will be a permanent authority dedicated and developed to take care of this problem. My sleep is disturbed by the barking of the dogs during the night.

namashkar pm sir the new education policy really a demanding one when I was studying in 11 and 12 subject combination was not upto Mark and according To my choice but this time the policy is very appreciative and according to interest of the students my wish is that this policy will be implemented from this academic session if possible
