Dear Respected Prime Minister, I would like to highlight a few key and crucial points from a common man's perspective. This will be really important for India as a nation going forward. Our Nation is on the path of fast paced growth with key investments in Road and Transport. Many new highways and roads / coastal roads are already thrown open to the public. But has any one addressed the issue of maintaining speed limits / no overtaking on these roads etc? Please do take a look at any road and there is not one person who follows speed limits / no overtaking from wrong lane etc. This has led to so many road accidents across India and especially in Maharashtra. With Fastpay and digitization let us ensure that strict Driving rules are in place along with penalities to ensure that innocent lives are not lost due to reckless driving and above all no strict Rules and penalities for driving on these fast roads / highways across India. Government can earn huge revenues with these penalities
