Honorable prime minister, My name is Alok Kumar Upadhyay and I am an engineer after 8 years of work I am suffering from mental desease and after that no body in Pharma sector (in this field I was maintenance engineer of machines)and other private sector not giving me job I am today also take medicine but have a potential to work but not so much load so after that my economic position have been down and now I am bank defaulter with 25000 rs.After 4 years of medicatio I joined UPSDM program but there is so much difficulties no time of salary,no job seqerty and no any kind of benifits .All student come only for certificate,free food and free accommodation and if we told our problem to UPSDM then they take money from program sanchalak and go to there office this is situation of skill India I many time complain on cm portal but no action against they took me action on me to take back your complaint otherwise I will not release your salary . So you tell me what I do.

Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi ji I am a government Nursing officer with Bsc nursing qualification sir my suggestion is that to meet the demand of doctors open the lateral entry for graduate nursing qualification staff for medical education or allow to Nurse for prescription of medicine. There are lot of nursing staff have graduate and post graduate working in rural areas to serve the people with out any authentication of prescription right due to unavailability of mbbs doctors. Please sir take a positive response.
