Sir, we as a country and as Indians are going to observe world deaf week from 23rd September 2024. Sir every year we observe and recognize Indian Sign Language[ISL] that is used by the Deaf Community [1.6 crores in India estimated in 2011]. We would be also celebrating World Deaf Day on 29th September. My humble suggestion is to make ISL as one of the scheduled language of our country. This has been done by many big democratic countries in the world like USA and UK and even small country like Mauritius. Sir it is a common language of the Deaf all over India[ except few vocabulary differences].
