नमस्कार मोदी जी, में देश में रोजगार के अवसर को बढ़ाने का एक सुझाव ले कर आया हु, यह सुझाव हमारे देश के निर्माण क्षेत्र से जुड़ा हुआ है, कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनिया 24 घंटे ओर 7 दिन काम करती है, लेकिन उसमे कार्य करने वाले इंजीनियर, सुपरवाइजर और मजदूरों से 12 से 14 घंटे काम लिया जाता है , जिससे कि कंपनिया काम कर्मचारियों से काम करवा कर इस क्षेत्र में रोजगार के अवसरों को काम कर रही है साथ ही ज्यादा काम के बोझ के कारण काम की गुणवत्ता भी गिर रही है, आए दिन नए नए हादसे कंस्ट्रक्शन के क्षेत्र में देखने को मिल रहे है। साथ ही इंजीनियर का मानसिक संतुलन भी बिगड़ रहा है। कंस्ट्रक्शन के क्षेत्र में अगर 3 शिफ्ट में काम अनिवार्य कर दिया जाए तो रोजगार के ढेर सारे अवसर उपलब्ध हो जायेगे। यही नहीं 3 शिफ्ट में सभी क्षेत्र में काम शुरू कर देने से देश का विकास भी तेजी से होगा और रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ेंगे। आशा करता हु आपको सुझाव अच्छा लगा होगा। धन्यवाद और मेरी शुभकामनाएं आपके साथ है

In several schools teachers are encouraging to study all subjects in English. Though there is no need to study all subjects from 1st class to 10th class in English, schools are insisting to study only in English. This has become a fashion. Because of teaching in English from 1 st class to 10th class children are not at all reading their own mother tongue at all at several place. In the long run, this system will kill all Indian languages and all Indian traditions will disappear in coming years. Our great Indian languages existence will be at stake now. In this regard I suggest that the subjects like, History, Social Science, Moral Science must be taught in local language or Hindi only for classes 1st to 10 th class. This must be made as mandatory. With this only we can save our several Indian languages. in all schools without any exception

Modi ji the thing that is bothering me is ....something should be done for the teaching fraternity ,firstly we need a compulsory or mandatory rule where only the trained b. ed teachers are occupying the teaching post .B.Ed should be mandatory for the Teachers along with in service training and secondly the pay package should be good enough for trained and experienced teachers ,private teachers are paid less compared to government schools,and also to recognise the efforts they are contributing towards education of the youth as Youth being the asset of the country and our country being the young country in terms of the population age group. The election results should be based on two things - 50% should be public voting and 50% should be internal assessment on the basis of value added to the economy. Public voting is turning into the exploitation of the candidate which in turn is hampering the growth of the country.

Dear Prime Minister, I am Pawan Agrawal. I am writing to you to highlight the matter of Inclusive Governance in the upcoming Mann ki baat. The governance in which every section of society participates specially Women, Farmers, Poor and the Youth. They should have a voice in our democratic structure of governance. A governance which ensures their participation in a wholly inclusive manner in which their ideas, innovation, issues and vision are heard and valued. The current government should encourage people participation through various institutions like schools, offices and media channels that helps the voice of a common citizen reach the government for a better and more inclusive governance.
