Secondly you need to bring changes , at the whole India, all companies provide a job at contract Level (Non-permanent job), In this system a cheating of Salary is at very huge Level, if the company provides a salary of 25,000 rs for a diploma holder of contract employee, then the contractor will give the salary of 15,000 this is not a silly matter ,i can say this as a official smuggling. I am not mentioning to close the whole contract level jobs at the nation. India will develop only when action bring changes at the jobs levels, iam sure when you modify these systems then the purchasing power and tax paying power of the people will increase by this method you can contribute a lot to the nation. My self Rakshith, now a days it is very difficult to get a job, now majorly all the companies are providing jobs at contract level to the people by this we are facing a too much trouble. If you need to make the India better it is only possible when all the family's are better at the whole country , to make better India, then You need to Modify some of the system and you need to change some of them among those this is also one. *Firstly you need to make sure that first preference of Company Employee should be given to locality people , (iam not mentioning to give as Union Employee). * Second point i mentioned in my next comment. iam mentioning in second comment due the shortage of space.
