Agni Veers after completing their tenure should be encouraged to become "Surya Veers" and set up, run and maintain Solar and other Renewable Energy Plants in their villages, nearby towns, industrial establishments and even near the border areas. Besides increasing the Green Energy Generation it will add to generation of local employment across the country. Near the border areas it will act as a deterrent. Please renovate all government schools and colleges and universities. 2) All government schools and colleges and universities should have state of the art facilities. 3) all government schools and colleges AND INSTITUTIONS AND UNIVERSITIES should have the best teaching staff of india.

People are affected by natural factors like earthquakes, landslides and tsunamis. People will lose everything due to earthquake. Insurance scheme should be started to cover the losses caused to people due to unexpected natural calamities. Government compensations and insurance proceeds can help recover from losses. A disaster alert messaging trial was conducted last year. Warning messages should be sent as soon as earthquakes are felt in certain areas. Earthquake was felt in the parts of the country today, where the disaster warning message should be sent immediately after the earthquake is felt in that area. But no message was sent by the district revenue department. So it seems that the govt administration should pay attention to disaster management. Rehearsals should be held throughout the country on the procedures to be followed during disaster and emergency situations.It is only when we conduct disaster and emergency drills that we know how well the govt administration works
