Respected Pradhan Mantri ji, The Government focus has been 'Food Security' and through various programs, population below Poverty Lind are being assisted by way for Food grains through Fair Price (Ration) shops. However, its a common knowledge that Thousand Tonnes of Food Grains are still being lost to vagaries of Nature, in the Fields of Farmers and in the Various Mandis / Railway Sidings for want of Proper storage facilities. If suitable Storage facilities are created in Cluster of say 4-5 adjoining Villages, to be run by SHGs, it would allow the storage of Food grains in this Shelters / Godowns by the Local Farmers, till they could find adequate prices of their Produce. If suitable implemented, we could move from Food Security to 'Food Grain Security' Samir Kumar
