BSNL TAKING STRIDES India Indigenous Networking Very encouraging to hear the advances in BSNL Networking technologies making 'Viksit Bharat' a faster goal. The competetive aspects will always put some constraints, but the objectives could be centralized on internal India consumption. Lowered costs and easy access can be stimulants. The quality aspects must be addressed on priority. Here, 'make or buy' decision is critical. For advanced technologies in which India sees a large gestation period, better 'buy, and defer the 'make' decision on a slow burner in the background. But the buy decision should lead to make initiative. India governance needs to pump big money in BSNL, networking is sister companion of Silicon. Attracting talent, especiallly where silicon and Networking are in a flourish. The prime direction for BSNL is best towards India internal consumption.

Sir, Swachha Bharat was a much-needed initiative of yours. I am Founder of CITIZENS FOR CITIZENS (C4C) which, apart from several other subjects, has been working on reducing VEHICULAR NOISE POLLUTION. There are Laws & Rules, but Awareness & Enforcement is very poor across the country. All Loud, Shrill & Multi-tone Horns are Illegal. Using horn repetitively, unnecessarily, at night in residential area and in Silence Zones (near Educational Institutions, Hospitals, etc.) is an offence. However, we have all taken honking for granted and the adverse effects of chronic exposure to honking is SLOW POISON. We have been carrying out Awareness Drives in Bengaluru during past 3 + years with Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, etc. We strongly feel that just like Swachha Bharat, this kind of noise pollution, which is breaking the laws continuously also gives a bad image of our Nation. We will be grateful if you take up this matter. Dhanyavaad.

Oil & gas commodity played a big role in the appreciation of US $ currency value. If OPEC and other oil producing nations are part of BRICS then it is easy to equalise the currency values of all its member countries to US $. BRICS should strengthen its forces in South Africa and in other African countries to check oil cargo flows to US & western countries to balance and dominate currency value. The main objective is to improve currency value without having war between the countries. Only merchant vessels will be targeted in this enroute to implement (demanding?) monopolistic approach of BRICS.

Bharat is a country of festival.all festival has their importance and connect to human being.it is a day to connect with each other at mass level .my view is to festival is a way of social ,cultural ,economical and environmental development of society.it should be connect with all round development of human being as well as society.real meaning of festival is to develop happiness feeing itself and for whole society.

India should progress in rural development . The Indian Government is doing very well in rural development but the rural areas still need infrastructure . I am saying this with a survey report .

Back ground: ========== अमूमन बहुत से लोग office में Juniors तथा घर में पत्नी और बच्चो पर रौब जमाते है, दबाते है, मर्दानगी दिखाते है और परन्तु office में seniors और समाज में दब कर कर चलते है। Problem तब और बढ़ जाती है जब समाज में अधिकांशतः लोग ऐसे हो जाये - समाज और देश कमजोर हो जाता है घर पर dependent family और office में नौकरी खोने के डर से -अत्याचार सहन करते है - Police से भी लोग Comfortable नहीं है ऐसे में क्या ?? IDEA: ==== Solution आसान नहीं है परन्तु मेरे विचार से Government को एक online Public Platform खोलना चाहिए जहां पर हर कुछ महीने में सभी लोगो को फॉर्म भर कर NOC देना होगा कि उनके साथ कोई अत्याचार नहीं हो रहा है घरेलू हिंसा - POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment) और Whistle-Blower ACT को ज्यादा ताकतवर और सुलभ बनाये Benefits: ====== व्यक्ति- व्यक्तित्व, उद्योग जगत (Corporates) और समाज सुरक्षित बनेगा तो देश भी सुरक्षित और ताकतवर होगा ** I Know my suggestions are theoretical and not easy to implement BUT Still i am optimist
