Farmers who have grown mangoes are dumping them on Road side due to second lockdown in many states, their is no buyer. it feels bad, but feels more bad when we are not thinking other way.. for eg:- from 100% production of Mangoes. Divide it in parts - used 40% - For Pickles & Raw mango juices. (this could last for 1/2 years) use 20%-30% - for Aam Papadi (Ripe Pulp dried and preserved) use 20% - Pulp for Juices. and balance to sell.. This will help in reducing losses of a good crop
