It is common now to file FIR against any body any where in India. It is ridiculous to file FIR against central ministers in any police station in India. It is still ridiculous for a petty police officer of a police station to issue summons to the central minister to come to police station or will be arrested. It will not be surprising to see FIR against PM or President in any petty police station demanding them to attend in front of SI of that station.This is crooked distortion of democracy

Respected PM, I am resident of Nandini Layout in Bengaluru of Karnataka State. Daily at about 9.20 AM, I see elderly citizens both men and women from under privileged class stand in queue sometimes or gather in groups in front of post office (Nandini Layout) located on bus route. I see them requesting postman for help in filling forms standing by the side of road while the post office is in first floor without lift facility. Please, get benefits to their residence or to their bank A/cs.
