Shree Modi saheb, I so much believe in all that you undertake. I try my level best to be vocal about it. But looking at the cleanliness issue that is still persistent, I feel let down by our public. It is so difficult for us to make even educated people stop throwing trash around. I seriously feel that we should start this drive with primary school children. We have this Art subject. We try to teach students how to draw, we teach them about colours, etc. but we seldom teach about the natural beauty, man made beautiful temples, buildings, bridges, sculptures, paintings, etc. can we not teach children appreciation about beautiful nature, rivers, trees, sky? By doing this they might understand what is good and what is bad. It will stop them from throwing trash in river, or on roads. It may stop them from spitting and making beautiful pavements dirty. We still have not achieved this. Let’s start this drive once again by introducing ‘appreciation’ subject in school.

In this man ki baat program i want you to discuss the bad implication of tobacco consumption to the youth.. because in my city i saw various teenager doing smoking with groups and this is bad for them as well as their future .. so i request you to discuss about bad impact of tobacco consumption in society as well as also i request you to ban all the tobacco products in all over India.. tobacco consumption is very dangerous for all the people

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी सादर नमस्कार। मेरा नाम पुष्पा है और मैं राजस्थान (भीलवाड़ा) की रहने वाली हूं। मैंने एक गृहिणी हूं। मोदी जी यह जानकर बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है कि देश आपके मार्गदर्शन में दिनों दिन प्रगति कर रहा है। मन की बात कार्यक्रम में कई सक्सेस स्टोरीज जानने का अवसर मिला है। महोदय आप अपने पिछले कार्यक्रमों में तंबाकू से स्वास्थ्य पडने वाले दुष्प्रभावों पर आप पहले भी अपनी बात रख चुके है। जिससे तंबाकू को लेकर देश में एक जागरूकता का वातावरण निर्मित हुआ है। मैं आपका ध्यान इस ओर भी ले जाना चाहूंगी कि भीलवाड़ा मे कई महिलाए बीडी बांधने का कार्य करती है। बड़ी बांधने का काम बहुत जोखिम भरा है। इस काम को करने के लिए उन महिलाओं के पास कोई सुरक्षा उपकरण भी नहीं है। बीड़ी बांधने का काम करने से न सिर्फ बीड़ी मजदूर के स्वास्थ्य को हानि होती है बल्कि उनके परिवार के सदस्य उनके बच्चों को भी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि इस बार मन की बात कार्यक्रम में इन विषयों से जुड़े पहलुओं को भी रेखांकित करें।
