Sir i wish to highlight that judicial system +builder> common investors where commoners who invested in property prior to RERA are being forced into judicial incompetence when MAHARERA refuses to pass order because builder has chosen not to register the project/ necessary permissions pending only to enjoy the money of helpless investors. When challenged in HC, builder's lawyers have audacity to say that they will not return the money to HC Judge. We are a group of 14 people mostly women and senior citizens who invested average of 45 lacs in the dream house and waiting for past almost 10 years. The builder is not cancelling the project, nor returning the amount. We are in judicial process for past 3 years. We request justice in our lifetimes sir.
