आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,नमस्कार 31जुलाई को आप मन की बात करेंगे।ये दिन महीने का वेतन भुगतान तिथि का भी दिन है।इस दिन सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले व्यक्ति अपना मासिक भुगतान पाकर अपने आप को गौरवान्वित महसूस करते है तो वंही निजी क्षेत्रों में काम करनेवाले निचले स्तर के श्रमिक अपनी मासिक वेतन का भुगतान पाकर बिल्कुल भी खुश नहीं हो पाते हैं। बड़ी_बड़ी कम्पनियों में काम कर रहे छोटे कर्मचारियों का वेतन के साथ छेड़छाड़,काम दुगुना वेतन आधा गुना।

Dear Sir, in Mann ki baat u touch allmost all topics which r good for us but u never touch on diil ki baat of ex serviceman performing group d duties in their old-age with no seniority & pay protection in indian railways which is only a grate salutation & reward to these patriot veterans for their service to nation during their youthful age. And same fate is waiting for the upcoming ill designed AgniMahaveer in future that time Pm modi may not be at the helm of affairs of country. under ur very nose Army subedar r performing gp d jobs with young rail staff where at slightest instance they r mocked & harrassed. no one takes any notice for their past service to nation which is considered burden some to young staff & officers. so kindly pay attention to this diil ki baat of me & restore some dignity to the poor life of veterans who consider u as a messiah to them. if u can not then other would not spare a single thought on this matter. pride of solder matter much than simply hallowness.
