Also, kindly go through the letter sent on behalf of Casual Announcers of Akashwani Rajkot.

Regional Centers of Akashwani are being merged with the State Capital Station. The decision of merging transmissions of AIR Rajkot has thrown a large mass into deep shock. The decision has affected nearly 60 Cs. Announcers putting their livelihood under threat. It was as an important source of income for their families. Losing this financial support, would certainly affect their life. Our concern for AIR Rajkot is not just economic but also a platform to express ourselves. It is a platform that gives us an opportunity to present various programmes embellished in our regional language and highlighting regional culture. The very thought of losing the identity which is thanks to art and the satisfaction of creativity pushes us into vacuum. Merging of regional centers will extinct the folk literature, folk art & culture. It will deprive the local artists of a deserving stage & the listeners of great heritage. Sir, Plz re-think the decision & run the transmission of AIR Rajkot as before.

सर अपने देश में फ्री योजनाये बंद होनी चाहिये फ्री सिर्फ पढ़ाई और आरोग्य योजना सभी के लिये होनी चाहिये. शिक्षा क्षेत्र मे कोई भी प्रकार का आरक्षण नही होना चाहिए. सभी को समान अवसर हो. हेल्थ इन्सुरंस 60% सरकार की तरफसे और 40% उपभोक्ता की तरफसे होना चाहिए. समान नागरिकता कानुन जल्दी से जल्दी लागु होना चाहिए. इससे धर्म के नाम पे जो अराजकता हो रही है वो बंद होगी. सभी वर्ग के लिए पेंशन योजना लागु होनी चाहिये जिससे बड़ी उम्र मे किसी के सामने हाथ न फैलाना पड़े.
