A one liner that will open unlimited opportunities for this initiative.... " Make cities with Internet access free by WIFI". Internet access in India is not cheap and techincally advanced as compared to standards available in rest of the world. we are yet to have 4G intoduced in a cheap rate (free is far away to dream). Having this kind of access will open a gateway to world for common people and improve awareness rate too.

Computerization of allotment of "NEXT DATE" in courts. From my experience in a civil matter in a lower court i can say that one gets only "NEXT DATE" and not the justice. Allotment of next date can be computerized without much of investment and can bring transparency and reduce corruption in working of courts. Respondents can also be informed through SMS on their registered mobile nos. An article published in The Hindu, on 19th August, 2014 by former CIC Sh Shailesh Gandhi is attached.

I think that effectuating Digital India is a task which should be backed by our past learning of ICTs in govt, legal backup for time bound implementation, clear and futuristic vision. Moreover, it should be designed on a leap forward approach rather than the past approach of achieving incremental improvements.

1. Bharat have a huge potential in aerospace even ISRO is one of the best space agency. When we have the capability to conduct M.O.M mission we can also create a satellite which should provide free internet each and every part of India instead of Wifi in public places. 2. We should make people aware of the virtue of internet. 3. Eradicate the fear of digitization from people.
