An android app would be useful which will enable every citizen to register the problems of their locality. A team working on data sorting can further create a list of problems areawise. Accordingly the MP, MLA and Ward Councillors of the concerned areas should be notified on a monthly basis and their responses to every general issues should be posted on a regular interval to keep the general public aware of the measures taken or decided to be taken hence appealing for more public contribution.

Develop an e-governance solution and make all center, state governments, universities, PSUs, etc to use it mandatory. It will be good to buy a solution rather than develop one, eg. SAP/Netweaver solution because a developed solution will take 5 yrs and still it may not be that good. There are others also in the market other than SAP but I find it user friendly when number is large.

DIGITAL INDIAN IS ONLY POSSIBLE WHEN WHEN TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS CAN BE UNDER STAND. ONE CORRECT NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN INDIA ALONG WITH FAMILY TREE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP AND IDENTIFICATION WITH RESPECT TO THEIR MOVEMENT FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. UNTIL AND UNLESS THIS IS IDENTIFIED WE CAN NOT MAKE CORRECT POLICY TO BENEFIT PEOPLE. WHEN WE DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE WANT SOMETHING HOW WW WILL MAKE POLICY FOR THEM. THIS REQUIRES CORROBORATION OF STATE WITH CENTRE

If we have to focus on only one thing to make India Digital, it should be voting through e-route. When we can transfer money through e-channels, why can we not select our government through e-voting. Once e-voting starts at national level, all kind of government decisions can have public partnership and scrutiny through e-voting, e-suggestions. Adhaar database can ensure no bogus voting and it would save the country so much which can be deployed in cleaning India.

IF WE GRASP THE REASON OF PROBLEM THEN WE CAN ERADICATE IT EASILY BUT IF WE GRASP THE MEN BEHIND THIS REASON THAN WE CAN ERADICATE THE PROBLEM MORE AND MORE EASILY
