All the communication between governmental department should be online. Be it from MP's to minister or vice versa. Or any communication between two government departments should be done on intranet platform and should be valid as printed letter. For this purpose NIC can develop a template for all MP's/departments with their name and make it appear like letter head. Whatever response has to be given should be given on this intranet platform only.

The EPF Account should act like Bank Account and people should be able to see balance etc. No need to transfer the amount when you change job, just quote your PAN NO. and that should do the job. This affects crores of EPF members and can be done very very easily.
