Allow the people to ensure that they can reach to selected MLA of the area with their problem through Digital Channel and can also get updates on the same. There should be a portal where people should be able to log appreciation, queries, issues ad complains on portal. This will be a automatic Report Card of the MLA of that area. In the same Portal we have options for the aam adami to provide what they are doing for the society.
