GSM supported internet.. (fast and cheap internet) is the only way to connect all of india first..laying a road to digitise india. see what the use of creating digital network if we dont have means to spread it...something needs to be done on this.

First of all it is necessary to bring all citizens in direct reach of government and one possible way is to make an account of every citizen instead of adhar card so that there is direct interaction between gov. And people .This account can also contain income and bank balance information of an individual. All the subsidies can directly easily accessed by required people without any corruption. All the fine i.e. Challan, etc can automatically deducted from it.this helps to control black money

Again for Rural areas, the panchayats could upload the EC data and the population data on the kiosks and a central command could monitor whether the eligible have received benefits of proposed govt schemes Introduce smart cards for each and every member/ family across the country which could be the benefit card and store data as a credit card or debit card does.

For Rural areas - Have the kiosks built in Panchayat offices and have the same manned properly. Upload all Welfare programs on the same. All programs should be in Hindi, English and the Indian languages so that a person operating the same can actually benefit out of the info. Have the system tracked from a central cell so that the kiosk is always up and running and there is negligible breakdown Dispensation of benefits/ uploading complaints etc can all happen at the kiosk itself
