I would like to propose a centralized database for all the criminals across the country. This database can be accessed via online for any kind of criminal record check for any person. Most of the crimes are committed by repeat offenders and majority of the time offenders roam free due to non-availability of their criminal record. Similar solution can be extended for many other professions such as drivers, doctors, bribery, priests, etc. The solution will immensely help the common citizens.
