Job can be created by way of Expenses/ direct cash expenses or by way of "redemption of points", as in India it is available through Credit Card. In similarly way Finance Ministry, instead of giving Rebate in Income Tax by was i call in Cash, they should give "Points", that can be redempt by purchasing goods, cloths, jewellery, household goods, indirectly people will purchase, as per their requirements and will create demand in market. Present Rebate which is call Cash Rebate goes Bank & no Exp.

small and medium enterprises creates more jobs in most oecd countries.like wise indian government must help them to sustain for long years because almost not all sme's are successive in india due there excessive burdens in the form of regulations and it leads to huge amount of wastage and paper works most companies withdraw due to these. government should set up one stop shop for dealing all the problems which are faced by the these sme's. cost of regulations should also be reduced.

Facing a huge competition from Chinese markets, even people do prefer to print their product from there, which can be easily done in India and then sell it here. Non necessary item should be immediately ban, to protect the local market, and appreciate them. Request Indian Government to take the matter strongly.

We get to hear every other day about sportsperson committing suicide or dying in poverty. There is an excellent platform which can be created for skilled manpower in this sector just by giving them vocational education and improving their communication skills. The number of colleges in the country is so high that if sports is inculcated into the curriculum it can be a boon for India in the sports field and also in the jobs creation sector.
