In manufacturing (textile, soft drinks, food retailer,FMG products etc...)we need "brand development program " in order to market locally and internationally .Govt encourage new entrants with private partnership to manufacture our "made in India " products and to create more jobs for our youngster .Instead allowing foreign companies to use our man and other resource we can use ourself to create sustainable jobs in India. I think this right way to start our journey in manufacturing to create jobs.

India should take the all the import item(currently importing item even 1$ also list) list and segregate itemwise & industry wise and govt should initiate the talk to indian manufacture why we are importing this item, why we cannot manufacture this item in india,if they lack in technogies-wise means govt start negotiate with concern country for technoigies transfer, if taxwise govt should abandon the taxes, it will reduce the import & job generation in india. China follows this practices.

Being from tribal farmer family, I am very well acquainted with the miserable living conditions of Chhattisgarh tribes. I have studied thoroughly on their basic business. The outcome of my study as project report is uploaded. The identified steps in my report will immensely help in ensuring job & economic growth of every individual tribal of Chhattisgarh and to get them merged with the main stream of development. This is only possible by creating jobs in agriculture field at village level.

Supplying Gobar gas and biogas to homes managed by small group of people will increase job opportunity . This will help in many ways, because of LPG subsidy this business may not look like profitable in tangible manner, however its very good intangible manner. Benefits like eco friendly, renewable energy, compost for agriculture, extra benefit for farmers who using milk production as their main income. Once this industry in small cluster grows then we can start R & D in supply and management.

Here we dont get the right position for our qualification.. for example:- MSc people are working under production. while Btech/diploma engineers at home. Jobs are around us, but the right placement still required.. I am nt pointing to the all manufacturing industries.. but in max, numbers.. We should need to focus on this way also..

Our education system needs to be revamped to creative thinking, skill creation than recitation contest winners. Lot of things taught in school are theoretical, historical, irrelevant and out of context, need to be more relevant with practical application oriented and in synergy with the current environment we are in.
