Problem of unemployment can be overcome to great extent by encouraging our units to manufacturer & export the finished products in place of raw material or semi finish goods both in industrial & agricultural sector & also encouraging people for self employment by setting up cottage & ancillary units to process/ conversion where possible, presently, we find people having the resources are not interested in self employment & search for job as such they are depriving resource less people.

First of all, I would like to say briefly about all 3 sectors 1) Agriculture :- We need to increase Agricultural research, we have a problem that most farmers cultivate only small piece of land, so efficiency decreases. 2) Industries:- Research must be encouraged and minimum research budget should be made mandatory. Labor laws should be strengthened in favor of employers. Minimum wage should be fixed sector-wise and job-wise. 3) Service:- Its doing well, we can boost it by skill development

Presently, we are exporting the raw material or semi finished good to different countries, both in agriculture & industrial goods. We have to change the policy and try to export the finished product from both the sectors. At the same time encourage the cottage & small industry to setting up small or ancillary units to manufacture/do some job of big units. & as such, people gets self employment in the area suites to them.
