We have to create more SMEs and SME clusters. Guidance, support, frequent shows & seminars, referring outside opportunities and supporting for technology up-gradation are all need to be done to them.

1. More encouragement to involve in agriculture, providing land and loans etc 2. Introduce new technology in agriculture 3. Vocational training for youth and women in interested areas. 4. Encouragement for home indukstry type of activities marketing and preparation like- handloom cloth 5. Encouragement for preparation of certain food items acceptable in foreign countries also. 6. Encouragement for self -employment providing skills and loans etc in desired field.

Our Central And State Governments already have some industry oriented networks in place. They Only Need To REVAMP District Industry Centers, Industrial Corporations And Other Industry & Agriculture Institutions to Become ON HAND KNOWLEDGE-RESOURCEFUL & EASILY INTERACTIVE with LOCAL Enthusiasts And Aspirants.

every district should have an 'innovation setup' where in young minds who introduce or invent new devices, electronic or levers can be reported, patented, manufactured and sold. further, the owner can be asked to suggest group of people known to him to work for his invention. this can help set up small scale industries. it also would encourage youth to use more brains and skill.

I think that in India in both (Rural & Urban Area) most of Women playing role as HouseWife. The can produce Foods like Papad, Aachar, And more..& that things will be exported than we can create Independent (Women on the bases of income) & we can create women empowerment. We need to stress on quality of education instead of quantity, lot of universities offering even Masters degree through distance, where degree is imparted instead of knowledge. Even at primary stage, no evaluation upto 8th std is another nail in coffin. We need to change the mind set of society, millions of parents and students that certificate/degree obtained from copying and then getting government service through political/money connections should not be our goal. Let's be Honest to ourself.
