India as a country is blessed with young, educated and motivated population. There is a very strong entrepreneurship in most of the Tier 2-3 Towns. Unfortunately, owing to lack of "Infrastructure" this section is migrating to other larger towns, and thus adding to the problem and opposite to the thought "Inclusive Growth". I have attached a PDF File as an example of how we can tie up with City Administration to ensure a well planned infrastructure growth. Can we expand the though to other cities

In Railway stations & Airport everything is being given on rent to Private sector for food and beverages where they are charging exorbitant rates for everything and govt. is getting meagre amount . If quality of food is maintained in Jan ahaar and the shops given for rent to big names should be given to unemployed youths who can supply the good quality of food at lesser prices . ( Or govt. should have revenue sharing model with these private sector companies and generate more revenue )

here is an idea to create jobs through teaching and skill development- first of all any govt should not distribute laptops or tablets they have to open well developed computer centers in every village or combining 2 or 3 village so that many computer science students will get job and people will learn computer education at very nominal fee.and in non working hours the teachers will be given the work related to village development

Now a days most of the companies asking for reference and experience . So fresh youngster from rural area can't able to get right jobs. If the employment medium is introduced , it will act as bridge between job seekers and companies .An another idea is to create a districtwise office to empower youngsters. Objective of the office is to create awareness about starting own business , financial support available for business , enjoyment awareness and notifications, inviting innovative projects.

1) policy to boost tourism could be formulated, which inturn will lead to better roads, hotels etc and ultimately lots of jobs apart from a huge amount of foreign exchange. 2) admission in vocational courses should be encouraged 3)policy should be adopted to make sure that the people are aware of the various schemes which could benefit them because having a scheme alone will not do any good until and unless the people know about it

We need to focus on Semiconductor Industries because more then 70% Engineers are Electronic Engineers, they don't have job yet. 50% Electronic engineers are jobless or change there sector. China, Taiwan, Singapore and USA is number one in semiconductor Industries and they all are developed countries. Even no body talking about research in Electronic Field every one looking for Service and assembly work in India. Maximum MNC of semiconductor only hire IIT student change this all.

we need to have a policy on number of industry or manufacturing units in particular area. This will fix the problem of migration, since some parts of India have excess service sectors , and manufacturing sector and some are lacking way behind the satisfactory level. and parts of India where these service and manufacturing sector are in less quantity we should come up with lenient tax and other duty measures , so that budding entrepreneurs does not feel hesitant in their endeavor.

Government should pass a rule that if any company is getting profit more than 500 crore per year than 5% of this profit, company have to spend on any village per year, By providing home to the needed people, school for students, biogas plant for whole village, R.C.C. Road in a village, or company can hier labour from that village, etc. By passing this rule poverty can be reduce and company will recrute several employe to complete this task ...........hence it will increase jobs and will distroy poverty.
