I have 34 years experience of marketing FMCG products. last 2 years I am working for a innovative project, & because of it Burhanpur (which is a very small & poor town ) got approx 32 shops those surve very sucessfully in very low margin and give very cheap rates to the people. I can say that its helps to surve poor/ midle class people without govt. help. Please spent one day to see my project which is very practical. 32 persons got business & average investment per shop is Rs. 10000/- only. Apportunity to increase 200 shops in 2.5 laces papulations town.

We must know which sectors have growth opportunities. Like in agriculture sector, fastest growing field is seed development. In today's scenario many foreign firms dominate this area. Lot of seeds for sowing as well as consumption are imported into India. There is need to boost this sector and encourage domestic production. Number of job would be created in agriculture sector by inviting industries to set up seed production fields here

The employment portal to be created in which area wise job availabilty current and future to be placed alongwith skills required . The probable employees shall also excess and post their skills dully verified by another agency and match requirement of employer and probable employee. s employee. self employement and skill developement as per local need to be studied by the group with the help of govt to develop the area with economic developement

TODAY CHINA IS PROVIDING TOTAL THINGS FROM PIN TO OUR FESTIVAL ITEMS, IDOLS OF GOD AND MANY. ENCOURAGE THAT ALL THINGS WHICH CHINA SELL IN OUR MARKET TO MANUFACTURE IN INDIA. LIKE WE SHOULD MANUFACTURE ELECTRONICS ITEMS IN INDIA MORE AND MORE. FOCUS ON RESEARCH AREA IN EVERY ASPECT. STUDIES SHOULD BE PRACTICAL AND INDUSTRY RELATED. ENCOURAGE MORE SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES. WE SHOULD TRY MAXIMUM THINGS TO MANUFACTURE IN INDIA TO DECREASE IMPORT. INDIA SHOULD ALSO BECOME SILICON VALLEY.

In Assam we have a verity of organic products, but no proper way to packaging & marketing. We can create jobs - 1. Cultivation farmers 2. Machine operators 3. Packager & handlers 4. Marketing personals And many more, employment or self employment can be generated. But the bottom line is- to deliver the best quality to stand before the international market.

Fertilizers ( Khhaadd) for farming - India should focus on developing indian fertilizers which can be got by cow dung, it will increase jobs in villages, small towns. India will not need to purchase fertilizers from America.

india is importing many electronic devices in bulk from china. And china makes money from us, and also using money against us in our border area. Indian govt. should focus on electronic market of india, by which large numbers of job will produce, and our data will also be save, because we are using chinese devices to use internet by which they are tracking our activities. electronic market has so many benefits jobs & data security. electronic devices import should be ban, they are tracking us.

encourage R&D in agriculture.set up more agriculture universities,set up agriculture consulting firms run by professionals graduating from these universities.these consulting firms will help uneducated farmers to grow more crop and earn more profit.these firms should work at village level at least one professional per village.this creates lot of jobs in agri sector. after all INDIA is a nation of villages and farmers are its backbone.
