Today, some countries are providing Tax free exemptions in investments for business and industries like (Dubai)UAE. so, we must also encourage this type of policies in our country to promote not only employment but also Tourism and Infrastructure development. But, in a country like India it is impossible to allow tax free exemptions . In this case we have vast area of land in Andaman&Nicobar Islands. If we make it an SEZ and provide exemptions there. Boosting the services sector will help increase the job creation. The following services can be introduced which can create huge amount of jobs 1) setting up of village, town or city maintenance centers which will cater to any type of household maintenance activity on demand on a fixed rate and paid basis. this will employ huge amount of skilled and unskilled laborers in an organized set up. 2) providing door to door services in cities and metros in line with Dabbawalas in Maharashtra.

as a youth myself, the first thing we need is need to promote self-dependence which is the only short term answer to explosive need of jobs, which could be done by: 1) Lower interest rates for youth 2) Creating organised Retail areas in cities specific to a particular good 3) the new entrepreneur shall get his all his government formalities cleared visiting his home at a price, like banks do for loans and new accounts, since in the end he is customer of govt. which will earn taxes from him.

Create level playing field for indian manufacturing sector vis a vis-a-vis foreign import. There are end products which can be freely imported with minimal restrictions, but a Manufacturer faces lot of barriers. Either put same barriers on Import or remove barriers on local manufacturer. This will boost local manufacturing resulting in more jobs.
