I happen to pass by @ 40 major crossroads, 1 railway junction & 1 river during my 35 km journey of 2hrs. For this journey I have no railway bridge, and only four flyovers and one underpass Simply, ask all state CMs to inaugurate at least 1 flyover/underpass/railway bridge/river bridge per town/city per month. Will we have this kind of development? Pls reply YES WE WILL Perhaps it's better to convert all existing towns/cities to a smarter one than to create 100 new smart cities.

Terrace garden with household vegetables and herbs should be a must in each and every home Buildings can be constructed with bricks that is not plastered to keep warm in winter and cool in summer. Gov can itself take the help of good engineers who build green buildings at lower costs and set a campaign to create awareness among people. Each district must have a skill development centre that can accomodate interested students and people into whatever they want to learn . A big park
