Point 3 1. Only entrepreneurship can alleviate the gap between rich and poor. Investing in skill development of poor people so that these people can open (via incubation hubs) their small unit/business/workshop, rather than working for someone else. 2. In these cities, the people who want to set up small businesses/workshops should be provided loans at very low rates. 3. A law should be made that owners of big businesses must allow equity capital participation from low paid employees.

Point 2 In Switzerland, people must sort there waste not even in 1 or 2 categories but rather SIX categories and they aim for ZERO waste and 100% recycling. These high rise building in smart cities of India should have mandatory waste sorting, waste collection at each floor via pneumatic pipes and delivery of waste through network of pipes to recycling centers. Human excreta should be used to generate cooking GAS and later as fertilizer.
