Success of any SMART city will be dependent how well it is architected. There are two major challenges which need to be simultaneously managed towards realizing our dream of setting up SMART cities in India: 1) Managing the complexities (related to people, processes and technology) and 2) Managing Change (how to move from current state to target state). Hence we can use TOGAF 9.1 Enterprise Architecture Framework for architecting our SMART cities to make World Class SMART cities.
