In my view a City is Smart when all Citizens are Treated Equally. For this it is important that all Facilities in the City be made Universally Accessible. Therefore, I suggest that all Design and Architecture of Physical and Non-Physical Infrastructure should be created with the Differently Abled People of the Society in Mind. All Buildings and Transportation should enable ease of access . All networks and Digital Access Points should be Available for the Differently Abled too.
