Dear PM, There must be good roads and on side trees to promote greenry. Poles for electricity supply in all urban areas proper sanitation and all sewage and food garbage is to be used to produce sustainable and green energy, which will reduce sewage and garbage problem and provide green energy in every city at very cheap price. Local people must be involved so as reduce unemployment. There must be cctv camera on roads and government office to see task of employees. I have many other ideas too.

Smartness of city can derived from indian villages. In every indian village there is a choupal under the tree of pipal or bargad. I suggest reserve 50ft X 50ft space for this choupal tree (other than garden) in every 10 to 20 acres of land. Under space of tree can be utilize for cafeteria, sabji bhaji market or dairy shop on lease to full fill economic cost of space. Also this choupal tree work as oxygen booth as in near future most indian city's require it. More tree=more oxygen=less co2

Sir this can be done as by providing the whole poor people a good employment oppurtunities like providing a particular place for vegetable vendors so that they sell their products easily and don't make any inconvenience for the other by standing on any roads. And rates of the products must be decided just prior to thw opening so that therw should be no bargaining and no time wastage for the vendors. This should be done in each and every block of the city. Thank you sir

Along with Schools, Roads, hospitals, commercial complexes, Infrastructures,A city can be built, but can be maintained by its residents only. So to people to reside, they should again have Job opportunities locally.cottage industries to manufacturing, With RAILWAY facility as must. With railways alone, a city gets quickly developed.A business class coach in train will satisfy all "flying business men" from the nearest airport to a smart city. A good revenue to Railways and easy travel for people.

Smart city does not means having high speed internet. a proper plan city is important. Let us plan to have Clean Water, Air and land. What I plan is to connect all human sewage to a biogas reactor to generate bio-menthane and bioCNG alternative to LPG and petrol. This will reduce load on dumping ground (land), reduce human waste in river or sea. An over all less carbon emission. Bio CNG and Bio Methane is possible is best way to deal with garbage. Fertiliser can be used in public garden

Every city must be free of beggars. If there are no beggars on road, no child would be kidnapped from anywhere in country. Police has to ensure that the city is free from beggars. And they won't have to solve the many cases of kidnapping all over the country. That will make them concentrate on other duties. Instead of solving cases, we can easily avoid the cases.

Launch a social security number to which all things like credit card bank accounts and all things should be linked in case of any kind of fault by any person. The social security number should be blocked so that first the person pays the fine or gets punishment
