Hi, I have once visited Thailand .There I witnessed a unique thing which was : A two Wheelar rider was also giving ferries to people who need to go the place where the Two wheeler driver was going. Can we implement the same in India? Q. How to achieve this? Ans : 1. Here we can update our RTO System to register for such Two wheeler riders who are ready to do this task. 2. For this we should provide them Commerical license for nominal fee. This will get gov some revenue as well.
