India's wheel of progress(represented by the Ashoka Chakra in tricolour) can go forward only with education for all. Since the entry was earlier rejected without any reasons even after complying all specifications, sending again. It complies with the dimensions (10cmx12cm portrait mode) and is original. I find many landscape entries approved in the forum.
