The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.

Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.

Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015

The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

The logo pictures is used where e visit process is defined with website to tell the actual place where one can confirm the visit...It is very simple in use and can be used in all medium

Simple logo for #VisitorManagementSystem, #eVisitors Description of Logo: Logo represents the symbol for V which denotes visitors and two hands showing customary greeting i.e. Namaste.Therefore this logo is well suited for the Visitor Management System(eVisitors)

visitor management controls the access of visitors.It shows record on particular visitor as per the security reasons. My logo shows the coming and leaving prints of visitor,the clock and question mark indicates who and when and all the related queries. I have used blue colour for background which gives soothing affect to eyes, red and black to highlight the concept. thanking you, swetha.

Logo shows time and time management..Clock here represent time...Website is promoted and is a part of Logo and can be used every place so as to promote the link as well which will direct to website and allocate the time...The same to go in all and if the visitor slip is made then Name of e-Visitor, Date, Time to be mentioned in that....Its e-Visitor and MIS related thats why link of the website to be promoted for sure along with the logo to make sure people clicks it.
