The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.

Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.

Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).

The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015

The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

#eVisitors The logo denotes a "Badge" whose upper side is in the shape of "V" for "Visitors".

My Concept while designing this logo for e visitors is to depict that it is an easy passage to government without any doors on it. National Emblem depicts the Government of India.

My Idea in this logo is to Show :- The Icon of a person is collection the Slip from the Laptop, does in the person Icon you can see letter 'e' & you can also see the shape of a Laptop like a letter'V'

The proposed(705)e-visitors logo made in english alphabates but with an identification of Devnagari lipi lookalike. The idea behind is to reach out all accross beyond boundaries, populirising and building an awareness about our rich culture. It's written directly without any metaphor so the brandname can be populirise without any difficulties. The seven dots denote seven horses of sun- the life source of this universe and a the most important enrgy sourse recognised by great Vaidic tradition.
