Hi, I am a software engineer and what I studied and what I do is completely different (with minimal link). It is important that we invoke all latest technologies as part of engineering curricular so that people are ready in terms of technology before coming into the job market. It is very difficult for students to apply for right job and they end up learning new software courses even after engineering. This must stop and should be taken care immediately. This would mean India is future ready.

3.Practical and illustrative education- In place of parrot learning, the government must ensure that the school and the teachers providing education to the children should be up to the mark. The teachers must have an aptitude, a passion for teaching. We must ensure that the material and textbooks must be well illustrated and the teacher is able explain and make his/her students explore the world of knowledge, skills and wisdom.Parents must take care of the overall development of the child.

Two major drawbacks of our system are 1.Reservation-It is not at all a solution to encounter with the problem of backward class. In place of reservation, the government must ensure quality education to every section of the society for a better and healthy competition. 2.Skill and education-In place of allotting subjects to students on basis of their grades, the schools must take an aptitude test, mandatory for every child, allowing to freely choose the branch he wants to do.

Today's education system is somewhat faulty. Even today people don't see the skills of an individual, they see how much marks or which grade he has got in exams. Students will not stop suiciding because they will not be getting jobs based on what knowledge and skills they 've got.

We need youngsters to embrace their talent and skills with the help of education for all students. The real disability of education is that student study for exam, so their should be more emphasis on pratical education also moral education should be compulsory upto 12th class, which will boost the humanity in student. Another disability of education is that reservation on the basis of caste, as we living in 2k17 it could be on the basis of economical background which will be beneficial for all
