Farmers should be given palmtops that are compatible with their regional languages. These palmtops shoulf provide farmers with information about organic farming, weather predictions, seasonal farming education etc. these palmtops should also provide bank connectivity to farmers so that they can manage bank accounts and loans. these palmtops should be connected with Isro satellites and if in future more farmers use palmtops then a special satellite can be launchef by ISRO for palmtop of farmers.

Make policy to increase Collective Farming and allocate the Co-Operative group with advanced Computer technology tools to boost the productivity of agriculture. Also Make farmers aware of prices in market by the use of Internet

Every Village should have a technology centre, where atleast 10 computers with operators should be appointed. They can understand the issues of the farmers and after finding the right solution , should communicate it to them then and there.

A Model for Bharat Kisan Net is submitted herewith.

By considering the present situation of farmers in Maharashtra(specially in Marathwada region),they should be helped by giving some financial as well as educational concession.

electricity supply should be provided.road should be created.some system should be made so that govt can buy crops directly frm the farmers.various fascilities should be there, like hospitals,etc.

Banks/co-operative societies should send the MORTGAGE related information electronically to Sub Registrar office, which will eliminate the need for parties to physically come to the SRO to register there mortgage deeds in sub registrar office to get farm loans.
